The Canadian Forces Snowbirds are the founding Ambassadors for SMARTRISK. Our relationship with the Snowbirds aerobatic team dates back to 1994. Indeed, SMARTRISK’s founder and first President and CEO, Dr. Robert Conn, was named an honorary Snowbird.

The Snowbirds speak to students about managing risk by learning to take calculated and intelligent risks. They talk about the importance of wearing the gear, training and attitude in preparation for each flight, and the concentration needed to carry through their precision-timed manoeuvres. The SMARTRISK message is reinforced to visitors at air shows where the Snowbirds appear. The SMARTRISK logo is painted on the side of each Snowbird jet.
